How long will my order take to arrive?
Once you place your order, we will process it within 24-48 hours. Then, your order is shipped by UPS or FedEx Ground, and takes a standard delivery time of 5-10 business days. This gives you a total of 6-12 days from submitting your order to the arrival of your product.
Shipping may typically be on the faster side, but for safe measure, we say expect the standard delivery time. You will be notified by email when your order is received, when it has been processed, and when it has shipped.
Will my chair come assembled? And if not, how much assembly is required?
Some of our outdoor wood furniture products will arrive fully assembled, and others will arrive in what we call a flat-pack. We will note in every product description whether or not the product will come assembled or in a flat-pack.
A flat-pack is when we fully assemble the item to assure that everything fits snug, and everything is level, and all parts go together as they should. Then, for the purpose of shipping, we partially break down the item, leaving sub-assemblies. When the product arrives at your door, you need only fasten a few screws, nuts, and bolts. The assembly should only take you 20-30 mintutes.
Do the chairs come finished?
Only the Chinese Oak furniture, comes with a light oil finish. Our Teak, and Cedar outdoor furniture, comes with a fine-sanded finish. The reason for this is that many people enjoy the weathered look of Teak and Cedar as it ages in the sun. These woods become a silvery/gray color, and many wish for their furniture to have that natural look. Teak and Cedar are both durable and are naturally resistant rot, decay and insects. Therefore, it is not necessary to oil or stain them.
However, if you choose, you absolutely may oil or stain any of the Teak, or Cedar furniture, to ensure all weather protection or to change the color.
What kind of maintenance is required for my new outdoor wood furniture?
No maintenance is required, however you may choose to stain or oil your furniture to ensure long lasting all-weather protection. Just remember, in the event you decide to stain or oil your furniture, you must then renew that application every few years, depending on what products you use and your furniture's condition and exposure to the elements.
Do you ship overnight, or 2 or 3 Day Air?
Yes, we have expedited shipping. Just email us and let us know the product you are interested in, the address you want it shipped to, and how fast you want it. We will contact you with a quote along with ordering options.
Is your online processing secure?
Yes. We use SSL (secure socket layer) encryption when transmitting payment information. During the transaction, you should see an icon that resembles a padlock at the bottom of your browser.
Do you offer a return policy?
Yes. We offer a 15 day no risk guarantee. If within 15 days of receiving your furniture you are not completely satisfied, you may return the products for a refund of your original purchase price. You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
Returns must be requested within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Please keep all original instruction sheets, hardware packets (nuts, bolts, etc), and packaging.
All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Why does my package have a return address labeled with a different company name?
Just like any retail store that you can walk into and shop around, we do business with various manufacturers. Part of why we can keep our prices so low, and give you such great deals is because we ship most of our products straight from the manufacturer. This way, we can get your furniture to you cheaper and faster. You still contact us for all questions and concerns.
