Shipping Policy

We offer FREE Shipping anywhere in the continental U.S.!


In an effort to keep our prices comparable to what you could find in a local store, we offer FREE SHIPPING. That way, you can shop from home, and you don't have to worry about what it will cost you to get the product delivered to your door.

Free Shipping only applies to the continental U.S. If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the U.S., please email us for a shipping quote.

SHIPPING

Once you place your order, it will be processed within 24-48 hours. Once it's processed, your order will be shipped UPS, or FedEx Ground. Delivery will take between 5-10 business days.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

If a shipment arrives noticeably damaged, please REFUSE the delivery, note that your package is damaged in the delivery ticket, and contact us immediately. If you accept delivery, and then open the package and find it damaged, SAVE all original packaging and notify us within 5 days. If the original packaging is discarded, or if you send back the order without contacting us for a return authorization number, the replacement claim with UPS or FedEx will be null and void, and a refund for the damaged item will not be issued.

RETURNS

We offer a 15 day no risk guarantee. If within 15 days of receiving your furniture you are not completely satisfied, you may return the products for a refund of your original purchase price. You are responsible for the return shipping charges.

Returns must be requested within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Please keep all original instruction sheets, hardware packets (nuts, bolts, etc), and packaging.

All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We keep in constant contact with our manufacturers to insure that the outdoor furniture products listed are available for order. If they are on backorder, we make them unavailable for ordering. However, there may be times that items may appear available, but are actually on backorder with the manufacturer. If that should occur, we will notify you within 5 days, and you will have the option of waiting for the item, or cancelling your order.
